Write to contact@honoson.net and a person reads it. We answer questions about the range, about what is actually in a pack, and about anything on this site that looks wrong.

What we cannot help with

Anything to do with an order you have already placed. Ordering, payment, delivery and returns happen at checkout with the retail partner, and they hold the order, the address and the money. Sending us the details will only cost you a day.

What is useful to include

• The name of the line, or its reference from the panel of stated facts.
• What you expected and what you saw, if it is a fault on the site.
• A photograph, if it is about what arrived.

We do not run a phone line, and we do not have a shop counter to walk into. Email is the whole of it.
